As a Senior Frontend Developer/Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping our e-learning platform using cutting-edge technologies, with a specific focus on React. You will lead a team of front-end developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, interactive, and user-centric front-end solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of frontend developers in delivering high-quality, bug-free code that meets project requirements
- Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, Redux toolkit, Redux Toolkit query, Recoil, Nextjs, React Router, Context API, Common libraries like canvas, drag and drop, etc.)
- Developing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using React and related technologies
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and performance standards are met
- Staying up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, particularly within the React ecosystem
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering their growth, and enhancing their skills in React and associated technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Js and related frontend technologies
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs, enabling effective collaboration with backend developers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward achieving project goals
